Traditional Services
The Practice provides a full range of pre- and post-contract services for projects using both detailed Specifications and full Bills of Quantities for tender documentation.
We are used to providing services for competitively tendered procurement and negotiated contracts, and have experience of projects using Partnering forms of contract.
Where appropriate, tender documents and procedures are frequently modified to suit the needs of the individual circumstances of projects.
Where only partial services are required the Practice is willing to assist with the preparation of costs estmates and other general construction advice.
Services for Design and Build Projects
The Practice regularly provides services for design and Build projects, acting either as Quantity Surveyor or as Employer's Agent incorporating the provision of Quantity Surveying Services.
Design and Build projects have included Housing, School, Health Facilities, Sports Halls and new Museum storage facilities as well as specialist conservation projects involving a need for specialist Contractor design input.
